Yelena, US Agent, Ghost and Taskmaster are sent by Val to kill someone in a vault. They realize they've been set up and were meant to die on this mission. So they team up against their boss to take her down.

Kind of sad that the premise of the original Thunderbolts comic is a perfect little self-contained premise for a movie, and the MCU managed to replicate the setup almost exactly (the Avengers are gone after an event that has left the public traumatized and in need of heroes), and they're not doing it. That's not to pre-judge the movie, which might be good on its own terms, but sometimes I wish Feige would pay less attention to mid-2000s comics, which is when Thunderbolts began to resemble Suicide Squad.
