Personally I think they're shutting down select channels that nobody really watches (Disney Junior, XD, Freeform, FXX, FXM, ESPNNEWS, Nat Geo Wild) and keeping the ones that matter. Would be foolish to walk away from a segment that still generates more profits than streaming and movies *ever* will. And I'm certain the accountants are aware of that.
