The Hood - Lot Trait

I've been working on the new social interactions for everyone which I will be uploading on MONDAY (10/05). However, I also wanted to add in LOT TRAITS to this mod too which will have random buffs as well. My first Lot Trait being THE HOOD.
Since I haven't fully gotten the hang of lot traits just yet (fully), I am releasing the first version of this trait separately. Let me know what you think! So far, I have added 7 buffs and 4 random occurrences to this trait.
