16 to 30 years old, West Indies/Caribbean, Hispanic male. Character is Puerto Rican and has grown up in the Bronx, looking for actors who can realistically portray. Javier is a teen who knows he’s destined for greater things. He’s passionate about music, has an on-the-go hustle spirit and a deep sense of empathy. He will discover that he is sensitive to the Soundscape and can see fantastical, possibly dangerous creatures that few others can.
Storyline: Another dimension – the Soundscape – co-exists with ours, but the barrier dividing the planes are thinning. Creatures – Screamers – run rampant in our human world. Most people are oblivious. Only those sensitive to the Soundscape frequency can see these creatures – and occasionally traverse the plane into this other dimension. Our story follows JAVIER, who will learn that he’s a Sensitive – one of the few people alive who can hear and sometimes see the Soundscape creatures and even the Soundscape itself
