Character portrayed is female, any ethnicity, will be playing a wide range of ages from 10-22, and is a little person / person with dwarfism. Must be able to speak American English. The character will be in scenes all throughout their life and we are open to discovering an amazing actor for the role. A complicated person, she’s both cheery and endearing but can shift to anger and violence when she feels threatened.
Storyline: A story about a family who adopts a little person born overseas and explores, with sensitivity and different perspectives, the confusion and mystery surrounding her age and upbringing and the family’s own misinterpretations of the little person community. The project grapples with themes of perspective, secrecy, trauma, ambition, and the universal need for unconditional love.
