Sounds like Larry the Cable Guy is coming back as Mater and Cristela Alonzo is returning as Cruz Ramirez. Lighting will be played by Keith Ferguson who played the character in all the shorts and video games. No idea about the animation, especially since I heard Monsters at Work will be a different animation style, then the films.
