Logline: A modern day re-invention of George Orwell's classic satire. The account of the bold struggle, initiated by the animals, that transforms Mr. Jones's Manor Farm into Animal Farm--a wholly democratic society built on the credo that All Animals Are Created Equal. Out of their cleverness, the pigs Napoleon, Squealer, and Snowball emerge as leaders of the new community in a subtle
evolution that proves disastrous. The climax is the brutal betrayal of the faithful horse Boxer, when totalitarian rule is reestablished with the bloodstained postscript to the founding slogan: But some Animals Are More Equal Than Others. . .

Napoleon's son who is so proud of his father...a happy, rather innocent piglet who has a very close relationship with his friend Boxer. We see the entire story from his point of view.

Highly intelligent, with a plan that makes sense, cares about truly making the dream work. He dreams of a farm that is ecologically perfect and efficient... Solar heating, hot water...wind power, cooperative ownership, education for all animals. He and Napoleon are best friends.

Napoleon's mouthpiece, spin doctor, who has a real problem keeping his mouth shut, can't stop laughing.

The half-shorn sheep who tries to teach her flock that freedom now means they don't have to be afraid to be individual. They should all have their own opinions. They initially find this hard, but eventually become a confused too many cooks' rabble.
