Orphaned at a young age, Rooney is a trained killer that travels the globe eliminating terrorists, and other targets, but strictly refuses to kill anyone that she doesn't believe deserves death. After being targeted by a rival organization, Rooney retires but
then seeks revenge when her entire family is slaughtered. She's strong, ruthless, and seemingly cold in her approach to killing - but exhibits some humanity along the way. She successfully takes out an entire town full of assassins with the help of PINE, and then returns home.

Supporting Male (60 - 69) White
Swiss. The Mayor of Sunnyvale. He's a sociopathic killer that leads his town full of assassins and attempts to protect them from discovery by the outside world. He's ultimately powerless to stop Rooney, but desperate to preserve the town and their reputation. He's killed in the end.

[PINE]
Supporting Male (20 - 29) White
Swiss. Despite growing up in the Swiss Alps, Pine has trained himself to speak with a southern United States accent. His happy home life is interrupted with his wife's death, but Pine is secretly eager to leave town to protect his daughter EVE and helps Rooney, eventually escaping with Eve to Hawaii.

Supporting Male (55)
Head of a private military organization, Berkowitz recruits Rooney at a young age and serves as her handler. He apparently knew all along that her family was originally from Sunnyvale, and hid this from her. He's killed by a Sunnyvale assassin.

Supporting Male (20 - 29)
Rooney's loving husband. He's oblivious to her career. Tom and his entire family are slaughtered as a result of Rooney's work.

[WINSTON]

A distinguished man who informs Rooney about an
international association of assassin groups, of which Sunnyvale is a rogue member. He warns her that going after Sunnyvale will be difficult, but seems pleased when she does so.
