Logline: The misadventures of an uptight presidential aide and a rough lumberjack as they transport the White House Christmas tree from
Washington state to the Capitol.

Lead Male (25 - 30)
White House aide and budding 'spin master' who ends up with the task of overseeing the safe transport of a replacement 'National Tree' from Oregon back to DC in time for Christmas. Aptly described as "fastidious, hard-working, clean cut (but don't call him preppy)". Due to a childhood fraught with financial insecurity, he hates Christmas. Thus when he's forced to join forces with a 'Christmas loving' trucker (Tiny Bunce), he rather
be in hell. Their subsequent adventures not only change his attitude about the holiday, but force him to consider what is most important when it comes to career and personal relationships.

[TIMOTHY "TINY" BUNCE]
Lead Male (30 - 40)
An 'insane' (in a good way) trucker Chris is forced to rely upon to complete his mission to get a new 'National Tree' back to the White House in time for Christmas. Tiny has a heart as big as the tree itself, with a 'Christmas Spirit' to match. His wacky
adventures with Chris, teach the aide the 'true meaning' of the holidays. Tiny covers up his pain from a bitter divorce, and subsequent inability to see his young daughter, through buffoonery. While it might not seem like it, he's a total pro -- who never refuses to give up.

Supporting Female (20 - 30)
Chris' girlfriend, her father is the Senate Minority Leader. Aptly described as the "Beltway Editor at George magazine if you get our drift". She's so selfish, she fails to understand Chris' 'tree' dilemma -- thus abruptly ending their relationship.

Supporting Male (50)
The embittered US President who due to his political troubles, forces Chris to travel to his home state (Oregon) and oversee the safe arrival of a new 'National Christmas Tree'. Somewhat of a
political hack, but his heart's in the right place.

[BRIAN ROBERTS]
Supporting Male (50 - 60)
White House Chief of Staff who orders Chris to oversee the safe transport of a new 'National Tree' from Oregon to Washington in time for Christmas. Aptly described as a "leathery faced ex-colonel who pisses lightening and craps thunder".

[ANDREW STANTON]
Supporting Male (25 - 30)
Highly ambitious aide to the Chief of Staff. A "blonde-haired, beedy-eyed snake...already in the bow-tie he will wear his entire professional career". He repeatedly schemes to trip-up Chris so
he can move up the ranks at the White House.

Cameo Male (30 - 35)
Hitchhiker Tiny gives a lift to since he helps him out of a jam at a dinner. He later admits to being an escaped convict who just wants to see his mother for the holidays. Described as a "gigantic, muscular mountain".

Cameo Female (60 - 65)
Rocky's gun-tooting mother, she nearly gets Chris and Tiny derailed when she starts a stand-off with authorities trying to recapture her son.
