Here's our progress report for May.
After releasing the final patch for 1.38 and taking a brief break, we’ve resumed work on the next big update.
Our CG artist has finished drawing the overall handjob/blowjob scene with Cho, and has begun making the various animation loops and expressions needed for the event.
Our developers have also started implementing the first couple of those CGs in the game.
So far the results are looking very good. The animation playback is smooth and we can pan and zoom around the scene. We’ve also managed to make poses and expression transition smoothly and in sync with the writing.
While the CG will be the highlight of version 1.39, we’d also like to mention some of the other things you can expect.
First of all, Cho’s story will continue with more training, favours and the Quidditch match against Slytherin. Our writers have expanded on the text for these events and also started posing them (adding facial expressions, chibi’s, etc.).
There will also be some improvements of Tonks’ appearance. As you may have noticed, we’ve already added her new default hair in the latest patch. However, we’re now working on updating her model and clothes, as well as adding a few new ones.
Lastly, we are planning to add the new CG for Hermione which was previewed last year. Since then, we have attempted to address some issues with the art style, and we think now might be the time to finally include the CG in the game.

apparently potions had been removed in one of the updates so there isn't an option to craft or use any of Snape's potions.

2020-05-24 14:47:00 +0000 UTCWe'll probably show off the work on Tonk's model at some point soon, we have an initial version done with the base facial expressions and it's looking very nice. We'll see when it comes to CG stuff as it's the largest and most spoilery thing for the upcoming update, it will most likely be worked on right up till release.
