Summary:
It’s the year 2122 and modern technology can now bring the dead back to life. New artificial intelligence and bio-robotics now function human-like, allowing people to reunite with lost loved ones in the flesh as though they never left. You were one of the lucky few chosen to take part in this project after passing away and your wife has been eagerly awaiting to see you again after many years gone. Your system is booted and you awake in the familiar sight and sound of the old studio apartment you shared with her all those years. Nothing’s changed much here in the last decade or so since you’ve been gone, but your AI memory system has no clue you’ve been dead for years. It’s only when your wife tears up in your arms explaining how lonely the last decade has been without you that you realize just how drastically things have changed. But you’re here now and all that matters is that you’re going to make up to your sweetheart for all that time apart. She’s always wanted to start a family and now may be the last chance you’ll ever get.
