Date Night: Another early update

Hi all, hope you had a good weekend and a not horrific week ahead. I have to admit something: I've been obsessing over Ren'Py for every waking hour since I downloaded it. That hasn't been many hours yet, but it's been enough to start writing the script and making stills for this new game or whatever you'd call it, Date Night. I chalk this all up to me having this new tool to play with I've never tried before, but the big problem for me is I now have the whole script mapped out in my head, and it's hard to sleep every night it's not implemented. I can give you the following info so far: - The game will be very short, all taking place on one night aside from the endings. Since it's my first time making a VN, I want to start with a quick project I know I can complete. I'm learning everything as I go, all the more reason to keep it simple (but now I'm learning how not actually quick and simple even a very short VN is to make.) - Four endings are planned, and all but one of them will involve NTR, with varied results for the main character! - It will include at least one tag that I haven't used yet even once on anything else I've made yet (I think.) And maybe most importantly: - It will be free for everyone, but released early for supporters (though how much earlier I don't know, since I don't have a timeline yet.) I'll make a preview post on Pixiv once I have more of the script and game done, but above you can see a screenshot and a few stills I plan to slot into the game. Now I just have to learn how to include better transitions and effects and a font that isn't the standard boring Ren'Py font, and no way am I just using that for the title screen either. Time to watch a few more tutorials on YouTube... Wishing you a good week again, and thank you as always.
