Build .23 Part 2 Release

Had some hard drive failure and lost quite a bit progress that i had to redo, but managed to finish the framework for the hot spring & room service mini-game with shop to buy items to make them easier. Also planning a new tier reward that will be rolling out tomorrow. Other than that, working on catching up on lost progress.
