James, you nailed it, queso-cheese is pronounced case-o. Good on you for trying cold tea, it's very American. lol. Note: Foods with chili peppers should be flavorful, overpowering chili-heat is unnecessary. Just like Brit-Indian food there is hot and there is foolish-challenge-HOT. Remember, you can always ask them to make it mild and you can add heat to your liking with salsas and hot sauces. Thanks for the video.
