2023-10-01 00:02:22 +0000 UTCMillie, get as much rest as you can. I know a hot bath isn't allowed now, but a very warm shower with the water hitting your lower back helps relax you. And James, get a tennis ball and massage her lower back, it helps with those beginning (and sometimes Braxton Hicks) contractions. Unless filming and streaming help take your mind off the discomfort, you should probably start your maturity leave now. We'll all be here once the baby is here.
