Regarding patreon goodies

I've meant to make this post for a while now, so here it is!

First of all, me and Aria are SO grateful that you upload pictures of the letters that you receive from us! It makes us know that you received them safely and that you liked them too! TuT It's also super important bc it lets other patrons know that their letters are coming as well! So thank you SO MUCH and please keep at it if you can! ;u;

I have sent out mine and Aria's September and October letters to everyone, and some of our dear patrons have started receiving the September letter about a week ago. So those of you who haven't gotten it yet, please don't worry! It's not only holiday season, which means so much more mail is being sent and delivered, but there have also been strikes in Canada and some countries just take a longer time delivering than others, sadly...

But also we understand how it is, you expect something and it takes ages to arrive, and you even start wondering if it will arrive at all. Please be assured, that if you do not get a letter you pledged for, you can contact us and we'll sort everything out. It's the most important to us, knowing that your letters reach you! ;0;

Please allow it for 2-4 weeks (normally) to 6 weeks (holiday) for the letters to reach you.  If nothing happens, do not hesitate to write.

We have also discussed the possibility of offering tracking. I ship everything from Russia, my postal services are much cheaper than Europe, which allows us to be able to provide free shipping for you! So all the extra costs of packing and sending etc are covered by us, which we are happy to do.

Cons of free shipping are, sadly, that it may take longer to arrive and you can not track it's delivery status.

So if you wish, we can put tracking on them for you! It would cost about 3$ in shipping that we'd ask, and you wouldn't have to worry about where it is and it getting lost. If there is enough interest, we will make it a separate tier, and those who choose tracked shipping, can switch/ pledge to it.
