March 2024 Character Suggestions (Updates pls read)

I'll pick some of the characters and make a poll for us to vote this month
Every character suggestion will accumulate over months and influence my monthly pick
Changes regarding the Monthly pick:
In order to avoid having a cloud of random characters someone once requested and then left forever I've decided to implement a new mechanic to the suggestion pool:
Every month before picking a character I'll put aside the characters that:
Were requested more than a year ago
Only have been requested once
These characters are marked in the spreadsheet as "Frozen" (Like the movie โ) meaning those suggestions are not being taken into account for monthly picks. However, the suggestions are not lost, once they are suggested again they will resume participating in the monthly pick as usual.
This way characters that are being actively requested have more influence.
For this month, characters suggested on Jan 2023 have been frozen.
Changes regarding the Tiers:
I've added a perk to the "THE LEWDS PLUS+ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ" Tier were patrons get a special suggestion post that has double the influence for the monthly pick.
I made this hoping to reward in some way those people that randomly subscribe there from time to time.
It's basically the equivalent of suggesting 2 months in advance, with the perk that they can still suggest characters in the regular suggestion posts so one patron could simp harder for a character if they wanted.
That's about it. I'm open to feedback if anything sounds weird.

Originally replaced the vote count because technically this is something that only applies to single vote characters and would be redundant. However replacing the percentage makes it scalable in case one day it needs to be extended to other vote counts so that's nice ๐

Also, something you might want to do with the frozen feature is replace the percentage with it instead of the vote count, so someone who might want to unfreeze a choice can see how many votes would be added back (assuming I understood the function correctly)
