This chat is permanent access because at the time of your purchase, there is information in there supporting your purchase, you can ask for help for Patreon specific stuff there, you can request me to make content for the Patreon, and that is at the lowest.
Anyone subscribing for Tier 2 has an extended obligation from me to help you with your specific personal preferences for graphics, as well as provide customized AC video & CSP settings with a guarantee. Out of everyone who has purchased Tier 2, I have not received one single refund request, and everyone has had their gameplay experience improved.
In short, anyone who has Tier 1 should have a Discord rank, a Patreon chat, and some support from me for purchased content.
Anyone who has Tier 2 will receive Tier 1 benefits, with extended support for your personal settings, and customized pre-sets built for your PC.
