Giving him the same scars as in the previous adult Billy drawing creates a great continuity. Though I wonder how he got those scars and what he could have been fighting that could cause wounds, which he wasn't able to heal magically without scarring. Maybe that could be a story for Khirsah or Ardatli to tell... ;)
