Korra is tied on a beach in a bikini with the straps placed in her mouth like from your previous work https://www.deviantart.com/shio-bari/art/Bikini-Trouble-983116815 also she could have her arms tied down by her side having to hold the sides of her bikini bottoms in her hands. if she's drops them she'll be naked. she should also have her ankles tied together so she's has to hop around to avoid being seen by the public but also increasing the likelihood of losing her bikini bottoms and top.
