Emu
Added 2022-04-05 06:01:01 +0000 UTCWe used to live down the way from a collection of animals a local cemetery had on land they owned, but didn't have -you know- bodies on. There were pigs, ducks, emus, sheep, goats, the occasional egret, and once I saw a camel (because the local animal shelter had no place to hold it for a few days after a surrender so the cemetery let them use the space until they found the camel a home). I used to go down to the fence and look at the animals. Sometimes I'd draw them.
