FLOWER LADY BACKSTORY:
Papiya (affectionately called Ms. Poppy by the other performers) is a US immigrant who moved around a lot but settled in Ohio doing odd jobs, finally landing at a bar/lounge as their live singer and music coordinator. Jasper found her while out scouting for performers and thought her voice was perfect for Patchwork. She's been at the circus 5 years and has taken on the role of mother, caring for the younger performers, especially the twins, making sure everyone is eating and staying healthy. Resentment toward the ringleaders for altering her was short lived as she isn't hateful by nature and now sees it as a calling, getting to sing more and take care of others. All of her procedures were cosmetic/external.
