Playing Favorites

[Here's a short script I've been sitting on for a minicomic that still hasn't made it to being a minicomic. Enjoy! (also pretend we're playing by Patreon art rules so the boys have fucked way more than the 2 times in the comic). Disclaimer: This is meant as just a short outline/layout for a comic! I'm well aware I'm not as talented a writer as you fic authors out there 😊]

'Hey, Kim..?' I mumbled, rolling over in his bed to face him. He moved his arm out of the way for me and rested it around my side.

‘Hm?’ 

‘What’s your favorite position?’

‘Like... in bed?’ He opened his eye halfway and raised an eyebrow.

‘Yeah.’

‘Why?’

‘Just curious.’

‘What brought on the curiosity?’

‘I dunno, it’s just a question. Quit dodging and answer.’ There was a laughter in my tone so he knew I wasn’t being too serious.

He was quiet for a minute. He took in a deep breath and exhaled but seemed willing to play along. ‘I have two answers—‘

‘Well that’s called cheating, I didn’t ask for a top 10 countdown.’

‘Will you let me finish?’ Kim smirked. ‘I have two different answers. A regular answer and an answer for me and you.’

‘Ooh shit, this is gettin’ good. Go on.’ I was wide awake now, propping up an elbow to rest my chin in my hand. It was pretty dark in the room but we could still make out each other’s face about a foot apart from each other.

Kim thought about how to word his answer. He seemed to take forever. ‘I would say missionary in general..’

‘Okay, weird, ‘cause I feel like we default to doggy a lot.’ I interrupted.

Kim pondered that for a second. ‘..Yeah that is kinda weird,’ he mumbled. ’I wanna say we end up in missionary a lot though.’

‘I guess. But what’s this about it being different with me? Doggy’s better with me, er what?’ I laughed.

Kim was quiet again, staring me in the eyes like he wasn’t sure he wanted to admit his answer out loud and I was the mean kid daring him to do so. ‘I’d say when you’re riding me.’

‘Oh god, seriously?! Go figure the cowboy likes reverse cowgirl!’ I laughed, smiling but definitely teasing.

‘Shut up! It’s not like I picked that name.’ Kim snorted, slightly embarrassed. ‘I shouldn’a even said anything.’

‘No way, we’re in too deep now—pun intended—you gotta explain yourself.’ I egged on.

Kim groaned. ‘Nah, I’m gettin’ pretty tired of this conversation.’ He sighed and closed his eye but still held the slightest smile.

‘Fuck you, you can’t leave me hangin’ like that!’ I laughed and shoved him playfully with my free elbow. ‘Why am I so different? You never fuck anyone in that position before?’

‘No, I have a few times.. Been on both ends of it actually.’ More dodging.

‘What?! Okay, well that’s my next question but finish this one first.’ The dodging didn’t work.

Kim went quiet again, idly moving his hand up and down my back. ‘I guess with you it’s more how.. you look.. Like with how close we get, how much you get into it when we really get goin'.. I dunno, it’s hard to explain.’

‘We don’t even do that position that much!’ I blurted, trying to fight off a blush.

‘Well I always feel bad, I know it’s more strain on you, and your body’s already takin' a beating when we.. Okay, what’s your favorite?’ He was trying to get out of the spotlight.

‘That one.’ I answered.

‘It is not.’

‘It is now that you said it was yours.’

‘Now that’s cheating. You can’t just take my answer.’ Kim snorted.

‘Maybe I like straining on top. Being in control... while being impaled. Feeling you inside me as I rock my hips ‘til it hits just right.’ I whispered with a wide, impish grin. Kim brought his hand up and shoved my face playfully. I laughed again.

‘Alright, you demon, I’m tired, I ain’t gonna get riled up right now.’ He rolled over to lay on his back, perhaps urging his body to focus on something other than the stirring in his cock.

I rolled from my side to my stomach, inching closer to him than before and draped an arm over his torso. ‘What about tomorrow?’ I asked after a bit of silence.

‘What’s tomorrow?’

‘Will you be too tired then?’

Kim paused, then smiled. ‘..Maybe not.’

‘Good.’ I answered softly and closed my eyes, falling asleep to his warmth and the promise of future intimacy.

..Also I forgot to ask about the time he bottomed in the reverse cowgirl position.
