He has felt guilty since and tried to avoid Kim. Which is not possible now that they are out on a mission. The mission is also a way for himto sooth the guilt and getting on better terms with Kim again.

These two heroes were selected by the tribe to find a cure/way to destroy the zombies. They hate each other more or less...but learn to trust and later love each other. Too early in the morning, brain is still set on German modus instead if English XD
