I express an immense fondness for the genteel sensibilities of the British society we see depicted here. Add the real backdrop of the unimaginably beautiful countryside and those fabulous estates and I've passed on to heaven. It seems a feature of all Austen novels. "Bridgerton" is all this with a few modernized twists. One hopes to find Kemi there soon. Or, dare I hope, she takes the big plunge and braves "Downton Abbey".
