When I was in high school, I think I saw Inside Out for the first time in theatres and that scene made me cry just due to the fact that BingBong sacrificed himself. But I never thought about it in the way you did, but you are so right. Now as an adult, I see it so clearly. Imagination and art literally save us from the darkness.
