Ahh... "Ask and you shall receive!" I had barely posted a comment to the main reaction video saying how much I was looking forward to your post-reaction thoughts and then you posted this! Now, I need to clear something up regarding the two wands that I gifted you. And you know me, so you know that I am not saying this just because I now know much the thought behind the meaning of your wands is affecting your emotions. First, the Hufflepuff wand with the badger carved into its handle was included by default with the Hufflepuff gift trunk that I ordered after were sorted into Hufflepuff, so it had nothing to do with Cedric at all! Second, I knew Dumbledore would die in this movie, but that is not why I wanted you to have his wand. It is still too early for me to say anything more about why I wanted you to have it other than what I already explained in my comment on the YouTube unboxing video regarding the importance of Harry's invisibility cloak and Dumbledore's wand (based solely on the information from the first five movies). I feel compelled now to share my reaction to your wand choice. I was so happy when I saw you bring out the three wands because you wanted to have them with you during the movie. Then, when you said you were going to hold one wand for each of the remaining three movies, I became so nervous and excited. Which one would you pick for this movie? You said you'd save the Hufflepuff wand for the last movie, but you didn't show/tell us which of the remaining two wands you had picked right away! The next three minutes felt like hours as I waited with bated breath. First, you had to go to the bathroom. (When you said off-camera, "I don't care. You have to wait. You just have to", I felt like you were responding directly to my impatience!) Then came the black pepper bean. Finally, you said "I'm ready. Come. What. May. Beautiful wand!" while brandishing Dumbledore's wand. I was shocked, because I knew what was coming at the end of this movie and I would rather have you hold Dumbledore's wand during the remaining movies. As for Hermione, of course I cannot spoil anything by revealing whether she survives or not, but I agree with David above that you shouldn't dwell too much on the fact that you were also gifted Hermione's wand. I checked the timeline of the videos on YouTube and Usagi had gifted you Hermione's wand *before* you took the wand quiz and discovered your wand, like Hermione's, was made of vine wood and contained a dragon heartstring core. But it was so long ago and I guesstimate that you had hardly uploaded your Prisoner of Azkaban reaction to YouTube when Usagi put the package of gifts in the mail. I'm sure that Usagi did not mean anything tragic by sending you Hermione's wand!

2022-06-12 19:28:08 +0000 UTCI totally agree from a storytelling and logical perspective, but I’m not sure, given the emotional toll these movies have been taking from KSO. Like I said in my comment on the main reaction post, if she’s up for it, then sure! The combined runtime is comparable to (about 10 minutes longer than) the third lord of the rings movie and she made it through that one - although she was visibly exhausted during the last hour of that film. So, I’m not sure. 🤷♂️

They can certainly be standalones but watching them is like watching the build up and the pay off of one movie. (Since they're one book split in half) I think with your intelligent mind the flow of Part 1 into Part 2 would work really well.
