They still do movies like this. There’s one the did more recently that deals more with folk music. Love it! Highly recommended it!

It's a measure of how exact the parody/satire is, this is so much like the genuine rock documentaries, even the content (which always seemed to be about band infighting and breaking up.) And so many genuine rock stars have gone on record about how they LOVE this movie!

2022-02-08 01:56:24 +0000 UTCIt's almost better that you thought it was real :P I didn't think you'd fall for it since the actor who played Nigel was also in the Princess Bride (he's the 6 fingered man who killed Inigo Montoya's father). And they've all gone on to bigger roles.
