Anita is Puertorrican and is 91 years old and still gorgeous she's still active and is speaker in activities. Like recently she spoke in a women empowerment activity at my work. I work at Bank in the auto finance division.

2023-06-14 11:16:17 +0000 UTCI grew up with this movie. Even though they represented us mostly brown skin, I always loved seeing someone represented that looked like me. Puertorrican descent is a mix of Taino Indian, African and Spaniards. I grew up being mostly the only one or one of threw black color students in our class. I was bullied a lot for my skin. Calling me Zulu, etc. But didn't understand why they would do that since ny family has always looked very diverse and we loved and respected each other. My father was born and raised in Manhattan, he had similar struggles like the Sharks and even was in a gang. But then decided to move to Puerto Rico were most of his family was and met my mom hehe. He died in PR always saying that the island was his home and he was Puertorrican even if he wasn't born there. 🫂
