The song you're thinking of by Keith Sweat is called "Twisted" (1996) The reason the beat sounds so familiar is because it was the same beat and rhythm used in the song. "Sexual Healing." They took it from this song and slowed it down and used it in Keith Sweat's song. The sad truth of how Marvin Gaye died, his father shot him to death. Supposedly he didn't agree with Marvin doing songs such as this. (HIS FATHER WAS A MINISTER) That's the story I heard but as per usual there's always more to it that we don't know about
