Ah well, the issue is related to yt-dlp, Google reports it as a bot when it's run from certain servers, which broke a lot of Peertube instance's auto sync feature :)

Shell proggy that downloads to local WebM file -- may be able to script and automate with it? Good news on Nobara -- I'm in process of building a system for media production and plan on using that distro. I have a contact path to the maintainer and may be able to provide Beta / debug help for them.
