Vote on February's topics
Added 2024-01-28 09:53:54 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Here is what I'll be working on in February, and what you can vote on!
So, we'll have:
- Linux News: every Saturday, as always, so there will be 4 in February
- Plasma 6 review: the next version of KDE will be published at the end of the month, so obviously you can expect a big video covering everything!
- Tiling managers: are they worth the effort? I'll finally give my opinion on tiling window managers, since a lot of people seem to want me to try them / tell them what I think about it
Now, for what you can vote on:
- Hyprland: in the same vein as Window managers, Hyprland seems to be the most advanced for Wayland, so why not cover it in a dedicated video
- Awesome Linux Terminal and Utilities: a look at a bunch of cool command line tools for Linux to do things faster
- Modern Linux on an old desktop: I didn't get the chance to make this one, even though it was planned a while back, so I'm offering it back for you to pick (or not)
- Should Linux distros be more like Windows: an opinion video about trying to be closer to the "standard" people are used to to be more popular, vs sticking to your own way of doing things, but not being as attractive to the general public
So, pick the ones you want to see the most, and I'll make both videos that have the most votes!
Have a nice Sunday!

Unfortunately, I could never have a bootable VM, no matter what I tried, it was kernel panic after kernel panic, so I shelved the video for now :/

2024-02-11 17:01:14 +0000 UTCWhat happened to the MacOs VM video which was supposed to be released in January? I was really looking forward to this one as I’m sure your explanations would be much better than all the others I’ve found on the web.
