I've got a few topics planned already, but I'd like to answer your questions, personal or otherwise, so fire up your keyboard, and ask me anything you'd like. It can be about the channel, Linux, youtube, myself, where I live, whatever!

2020-04-26 15:05:16 +0000 UTCHey! I’m relatively new to all of this, but I wanted to ask about video production (live and post/NLE) within Linux — specifically, how you’re doing it! What applications do you use, what workflows, etc. :) Some background: I work in media, and all of our productions are ran on Mac (Final Cut, Motion, and Adobe CC) and Windows (Avid). As we transition to Linux, I’m considering Kdenlive, DaVinci Resolve, OBS, and Blender (among a few other things) and figured I’d ask how things are done on your end :) How about routing audio and video streams? I’ve been told about “JACK”, is there anything that’s working for you? If you’ve already made a video on this, feel free to give me a pointer where to check (searched YT but didn’t see it) and I’ll give it a watch. Thanks heaps, and stay awesome
