Last week, we shared a behind-the-scenes image and update with our Patrons, where we mentioned our focus on organizing game assets and keeping a tighter grip on project scope.
This week, we made solid progress. While we did end up adding more assets (we couldn’t help ourselves), we also sorted everything into clear categories: what we want and what we need. Thanks to that, we’ve now hit about 60% completion on the asset side.
We’re just slightly outside our original scope, only by a few hours, but don’t worry. We built in a 30% time buffer, especially for the more complex scenes.
Our top priority this cycle is making sure the content isn’t just good, it’s delivered in a reasonable timeframe and consistently meets your expectations. Think of it like Danger Room training—planned chaos, always with the goal of leveling up.
