Honestly I didn't really expect her to be available in this update, but on the other hand, since she is the queen of this island, I thought there might be a chance to interact with her. Even if it is just for a tease. And then with my subsequent question, I was hoping for the off-chance of official confirmation that she will be in the game. But yes generally speaking I imagine we would build up to her.

It's not out yet as far as I'm aware. A lot of the files are there, but it wasn't finished, so the last update didn't actually let you go there.
