This manga was originally titled “24° (24 degrees)”.
It is one of his works filled with delicate sweetness and a bit of summer heat.
The characters are:
♂ Natsume Uji
♀ Touka Kaneko
By the way, there is a mini tomato called Orange Pulche.
Some information says its sugar content can reach 15° or more,
sweeter than melons or peaches!
There is also a mini tomato called Natsumekko, which is about 9°.
If you add 15 and 9, it doesn’t really make 24°,
but I heard that some mangoes can reach around 24°.
Maybe that’s where the inspiration hides?
Touka-san has her own reason to be afraid of the future.
It seems she wanted to leave a sweet, unforgettable memory
inside Natsume-kun’s heart—something he could never forget.
Also, a ticket to a mysterious amusement place called
“Tokyo EmoUSE” appears in the story.
It sounds like “USJ,” but… why “Emo”? Maybe because it’s emo?
There’s also a famous song in another theme park
that spells the letters M-O-U-S-E.

And when you look for mini-tomato seeds,
you may find familiar names like “Kaneko kouhai”, "Uji kouhai"
Maybe that’s not just coincidence.
It seems that even the titles of his other manga
might also hide secret meanings.
