BRIGHT LIGHTS, BIG CITY
Added 2022-05-02 04:01:01 +0000 UTCI wanted Miles' previous city life to pal a bigger role in his character development initially. I thought I'd draw on my experience staying summers with my NY cousins to write about it. But the boys had different ideas. Something about them is just so acutely focused on right now that it never felt in-character to have them talking much about the past.

I'm glad folks are digging a look inside the process. it's weird but as many comics as I've created I can remember pretty much exactly what the thinking was behind each one. It's fun to share that with you folks.
