News + Progress update R14
Added 2025-11-10 10:57:43 +0000 UTCHey everyone,
First of all, thank you everyone for the support recently, it has been truly appreciated and really helps in the recent difficult times for the AVN scene. I hope we can make it back and show in return a great continuation of the game despites the climate. Thank you again!
The animation works has started for the matting press (or maybe could be called reverse mating press) of Lady Hale, you can see the WIP of the scene in the preview if you aren't afraid of spoilers. I think it turned out really nicely even in the sketch stage, and I hope you like it too.
We've been also polishing the dialogues of this moment, it's a pretty intense scene and the idea is that it should really satiate the Hale fans for a bit, as the character will get absent for some moments after this update.
I also wanted to apologize for the delay lately. I've been overwhelmed by different things, the setting up of the Steam page took longer than I thought, and we had the demo version just approved now on Steam as well, and the Demo on Steam is set to be playable in more languages than we have right now to match the Steam retail version. Because of that I was thrown a big amount of work my way all of sudden which I didn't really anticipate.
To choose the new languages I based the selection on the Steam survey data:

But also on my past experience on Steam with a multilanguage game, for example German don't have access to adult game on Steam, and French despites a seemingly small number is one of the most avid VN audience, something that many AVN creators have noticed in the past.

As for now I've gone with: Simplified Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French.
In the far future, when I have more time, I'd love to also add Portuguese Br and Japanese to the game.
In the process I had to rework heavily the UI to support them, by switching from UI image translations (really bad, what I was thinking at the time, god only knows) to full UI text rendering for translations.
During this, I also took the opportunity to improve some of the older UI elements. For example, the quest log has been made more practical and readable I think:

(blue light is in progress, red light is expired, and green light is completed)
I'm still unsure if we want to support all those languages on the non Steam version as this would add a lot of work to maintain each updates, but we will see how it goes. Right now I'm leaning towards considering Steam release as development milestone which gets more languages than the in-development day to day version.
For the really bad news, currently R14 update has been moved from December 2025 to January 2026.
I apologize for the delay and I can only promise that things will return to a more normal schedule when we reach R15, as by then I don't expect too many new work related to the Steam version and I would also want to focus on content creation alone, as it is just better.

Just elect 3 or 4 language's and stick to those, just stick to core intention with smal extra or you cant have it finished or pollished in time I know out of experience. For character storyline just let them rise steady by version.
