To make a installation it is need a quantity of free space in the device. I had problems to install apps before when with less than 3GB of free space in the device. I had only 2,95GB free last night and couldn't install it. Today I deleted all my videos and got 7,5GB of free space so it install."

2021-11-22 18:15:07 +0000 UTCI tested the android build before releasing and it worked fine on my smartphone. I'm not sure if deleting the old app helped or not, but I tried to look up the problem 'app not installed ren'py' on google, and there is not much I could find. But one person that had this error lacked space on their drive, he had theoretically enough space to install the game but he actually needed more than required to install the game: https://itch.io/t/1241110/cant-install-the-android-version
