New character sprite for Shadow Island: the Doctor.

This is an important character since you will be able to trade with him and through the trades, you will be able to obtain some potions or items that will replenish your sanity.
He has also a secondary role to play in the story as he is the only doctor in town and he is taking care of the Governor's health which has been declining in the last few years, so you might encounter him in different situations around the town too.
The new release is imminent and will add some new systems and bring the interactivity to the forefront, I feel like this is where the game truly leaves the 'introduction' state and things start to really open up and overall it feels more like a proper game. Hope you like it and can't wait to read your thoughts about it.
