Thanks to all of you, I have been taking a good rest lately and I am slowly realizing how little rest I have been getting. My body is getting lighter little by little, and I am able to enjoy myself and my surroundings and even a little entertainment. Don't worry, I'm not forcing myself to paint this picture...みなさんのおかげで、最近ゆっくり休んでいるのですが、今までいかに休憩できていなかったかが少しずつ分かってきました。身体が少しずつ軽くなっていて、自分の身の回りの事や、ちょっとした娯楽も楽しめるようになってきました。この絵は無理して描いているわけではないですのでご心配なく・・・
