The problem is not knowing what criteria they use to determine what makes a character a "minor"... is it the appearance? age straight out of the show? out of a wiki? artstyle? depends on the mood of the staff member assigned to review the content? At the end, all falls into parody... but still... we need guidelines that are easy to follow, not guessing what can we post or not...
