Stopping him in the middle of the road, pulling on his door, and especially pulling his gun on him were all sketchy to me. I'd give the deputy a C.

But just because no weed was found doesn't mean there wasn't any smell of weed. As someone who smokes, you don't need the presence of weed to smell like it. It could of been smoked up, sold or even thrown before this interaction. Also, its difficult to tell whether the cop was lying or not. Since we weren't there to smell for ourselves.

2021-02-04 17:32:04 +0000 UTCWow I'm shocked by the cops grade! B+ even if he had legal authority to detain the driver , pulling his weapon and making the man stop his car in the middle of the street at night was unsafe at best. And as it turns out no weed was found in the car or on his person so how could he "smell weed"?
