In my little cow brain I came up with some lore reason as for why a whale would have hair. DECORATOR CRABS, in nature these lil fellas use algae, anemonae, sponges to disguise themselves and hide from predators, but shame thought, what if anthro ones were the ones responsible for all that luscious hair on top Sharks, Orcas, Whales and other seafolk.
These are just some studies to create some decorator crab OCs, first one is this stylish stylist called Fabian, wanna draw them working on some oher people's sealife oc's hair.
