basic question:
I want to add the ability for Tir3 to suggest their OCs for voting.
Starting in July, I'll start sending out messages for this tir and their choices will begin to be voted on.
Voting will now be permanent since there are a lot of people who want to be asked.
There will be 4-5 winners.
But I will increase the payment to $7
