Something where the girls don't just imply that sexytimes will happen, but that sexytimes resulting in pregnancy will happen... Though there could be something like one of them tossing away or otherwise denying access to condoms, while saying they won't use them, or having a thought bubble about not letting the condoms get in the way this time or such. In the first set it would be rather easy to fit in, with the girl saying something about getting her pregnant or knocking her up in the pic before the guy cums, at least. If not also brought up in dialogue before then. Anyway, I'm not sure about any specific examples, but I suppose you could perhaps search 'impregnation_request' on e621.net to get some ideas; though not all of those quite fit either, admittedly.
