what benefits are lacking in some tiers?
or what tiers are not particulary appealing?
i was considering maybe for next month removing the 5$ tier and leaving only the 1$/3$/7/10$ tiers
maybe adding a 20-25$ tier for a sketch drawing but limited spots (3-5)?
maybe removing the top waifu poll and replacing it for the scenarios thread?
i think i should also consider making a discord server for posting some exclusive content

2023-04-01 16:52:26 +0000 UTCA Discord is a nice idea but one of the most important things for someone considering joining a Patreon is to see that the artist is posting to it. I've had conversations with artists whose Patreons I didn't even know were active because there were no posts on the Patreon since about mid-2021, when they began posting updates exclusively to Discord. -_- So, just remember to at least post monthly summaries to Patreon to tell potential customers you're still alive, is all I'm saying. For other content: Polls don't interest me. I don't know who any of these characters are. I'm sure they're going to be pretty, and that's good enough for me. Similarly character suggestion threads aren't any use to me because I don't care who we're going to see. One way to broaden your Patreon's appeal to more people is more variants. I'm on a few Patreons where for every delivery of pictures the base character is feminine (but might be a femboy) and there will be variants with/without boobs, hips, dick, hair, and drippy bits. If you get enjoyment out of drawing the variants of those images, then one drawing can be expanded to 20+ or 30+ variants or more, and that can have broad appeal to people who might not enjoy the one version of a drawing that you do at the moment. It doesn't have to be every possible variant for every single picture, but more variety would be nice...

2023-04-01 16:29:08 +0000 UTCYeah, it offers enough without breaking the bank, but as such, it feels like there's no reason to go lower than this for me. I may go higher, but the bonus of higher feels negligible if not for supporting you.
