Some changes coming!

Hey everyone! 

Every once in a while, I like to take stock of how my Patreon is going, and see if there's anything I'm not satisfied with, that I think I can do a bit better to deliver rewards to all of you.

The two things I haven't been super happy with lately are 1) the bonus stories I've been delivering for everyone at the $5 dollar level each month, and 2) the consistency of the requested stories each month. 

As far as the bonus stories go, I just haven't been able to, in my opinion, deliver quality stuff to all of you on a regular basis, and the stories are usually broken up over several months, which can, I think, make them difficult to follow. Starting in July, I'm going to be trying something new instead. I'm going to be posting in full the stories I'm going to be posting on tumblr early for everyone supporting me at the five dollar level and up. That means, on the first day I post a story on tumblr, I will be posting the whole story in its entirely here first, so all of you can have early access to it, and be able to read it in its entirety without having to move from page to page on my tumblr. I still want to post exclusive content here, but I will no longer be guaranteeing it every month. Hopefully that's a decent exchange! 

I really enjoy the suggested stories I write for you all, but instead of posting them all at once in a pdf, I'm going to be shifting to posting one flash fiction each week here on Patreon for all of you. This should, in the end, be a net gain, and guarantee you all around four flash fictions a month based on your requests, and also means that if there's a story you all like and would like to see extended, I can add onto it in the following weeks if people request it.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns about these changes, I'm happy to address them in the comments below. This months requests are still being written at the moment, but they will be posted in the next couple of days, as will the exclusive content for June. The new schedule will start next week. Hopefully this will provide you all with more regular content here to enjoy, without having to wait for sporadic posts from me!

I'm also planning a few other things in the future, which are currently being tested out, but which depend on some external factors--namely, that this summer, my husband and I might possibly be moving to Portland OR, depending on a job he's applying for. I should know more by the end of July, and will keep you all updated!
