I reduced the file size by resizing all ULT lightmaps (from 21MB down to 5MB).
I removed the short hair mods because it’s not easy for me to fix that issue
(changing the hash doesn’t work).
XXMI launcher is recommended.

This will make loading speeds as fast as my older mods, but without the lighting issues in close-up shots.
Next month, I plan to update most of my old mods in the archive using this tool.
Today, I fixed the Sweet NPC mod. You should no longer experience slow upper body texture loading times. It now loads much faster, and the lightmap problem has been resolved.
