Years ago from the present day, world of KRON used the Aquarium Helmets to enhance the lung capacity of their divers.
But there is an issue about this training technique. It doesn’t enhance the active breath holding time.
Divers are moving constantly under so they need to be in action while holding their breath. So they put away this training technique and decided to go with regular free diving sessions.

Divers are swimming down for tens of meters to accomplish their tasks. But the newbie divers drown due to panicking caused by the pain of pressure.
With this training, divers learn how to adjust the pressure in their body with some cracked organs. What doesn’t drown them makes them better.
